P.O.Box information - $20.00 for 16 months. Located near Long Meadow Shopping Ctr. Questions should it be a business name or private (personal). Brought up to put it in Eric Souders name since he is perminant treasurer. Voted Yea for personal. 1 key for Ericand 1 for PM.
Item 2-
Insurance – new findings. Monarchy and BOD members can be sued. There is an offer to upgrade insurance to prevent this. There is also an offer to have members have medical insurance. Secondary insurance to those who have insurance and first to those who have none. To cover the extra cost which would be around another 1200 for both insurance upgrades. If wish for first insurance only, it would be around 5 00- 600 more. We need to raise our feast fees from $20.00 to $25.00

Item 3-
Question of who is President of the BOD is raised. There is a president of trusties and a BOD President. 4 trusties, 2 of them being perminant, Brent smith and Eric Souders. the main founders and then the BOD President who is the Monarch.
Discussion – Angela is asked to write out again definition of each members position. Rick offers idea of name change of presidents to stop confusion.

Corpora change brought up. Monarchy – PM have funds to tap into 10%Ther could be a savings account that Monarchy and PM can't touch that money will pay insurance. Dicretionary funds. Two peole can only be the one to withdraw funds (Garth or Eric)
Discussion of putting a limit on what PM an Monarchy can touch. Limit to 300 is tentative.
