An emergency Meeting of the Board of Directors was called

      Jerry Virtz
      Alex Chitwood

        The meeting began at 3:41pm Maerie Murphy presiding

      1. Legal Issue: There was a legal matter concerning one of our  members. Because this was       not an Amtgard related matter, no officialaction will be taken.

      2. Mundane Insurance Liability Issue: A young woman with a severe medical problem       has expressed a desire to accept liability if she should  be fatally injured while playing. Due to       the  severity of her condition it  has been decided by the BOD after discussion that she be       banned from  the field all together, and not be able to partcipate on the field even in a       noncombatant role. She will still be allowed to come out to the park and take part in court, but       she will be required to stay at least 10ft from the battlefield at all times.

      Shawn Cordell and Alex Chitwood simultainiously seconded

      The young woman will be mailed a letter informing her of the Board's decision.

      The meeting was adjourned at 3:51pm
