Meeting was called to order by Brent Smith

Maerrie Murphy reports— City parks require us        to have Insurance.

First order of business was the talk of insurance for        the group of  Amtgard of Maryland. The best        insurance is with Fred Dunn Ins.Chicago, Ill.
We need to re word the waivers on the field and the        personal waivers to mainly state you play at your        own risk. Ex…
Amtgard of Maryland, Duchy of Crystal groves,        City of
Hagerstown and Amtgard Inc of El Paso, Tx will        not be responsible for any injuries….

Ect.. perhaps raising the cost of dues $1.00 a        month to cover the cost of insurance.
Gene Tipton suggests we get a copy of our finished        product with blanks for land names where other        lands can fill in the blanks to fit their personal        information so they can also havea better waiver.

What Burning Lands wishes from us in order to        make Kingdom…

Remake of the kingdom packet in hard copies to        include….

timeline of CG with accomplishments, events, ect
        group numbers and event numbers
sign ins donations to which 501c3 and how much,        to who and when, include demos
newspaper clippings, including what we do for        Amtgardwhat groups we help out, big brothers,         CRS, ect..
        Accomplishments like mummers parade
        Test play and mission statement
NO corpora until we get Kingdom
        Insurance

       CG Website

We can also change our website to one with our        own domain name.
It costs 10.00 A month for unlimited people        access.

       Easter Seals Donation

Warren Ryan tells how Francis Ryan gave the        check to Easter Seals in front of a Senator and        many others.

       Angela Souders talks about CitiBank

Citibank has a grant if you work there and spend 50        hours or more to a place that has 501c3 charity,        they will donate $500 to that charity. The        restrictions are they will donate only $500
per person. So if we have 5 people putting it in we        can get $500 x 5. This is for 501c3 Only

Toys for Tots and Adopt a Family
Maerrie suggests a family that is in need for an        adopt a family.Ron Coyner asks can we donate        money from our bank to the family since it is so        close to Christmas. He suggests $300.
We need to call an all thing to vote upon it and we        can havea dollar torney to make up the money.
We can also have a toys for tots as well.

       Coronation

The new cooks guild will be preparing a turkish        feast. May cost $100 - $150
Will be sitting on blankets so it is a bring your own        blanket and pillows. Also own feast gear.We may        have a small cost to enter.
Invite CRS to give us a demo on the lifepac.
The location may be in Maerrie and Brents        apartment community room Or in the CRS        community room.

       Sewing Circle
       made by Warren Ryan
Francis Ryan has been doing the sewing circle and        paying $10 amonth out of her own pocket. WE can        charge $1 to get in and have people sign in instead.        This will help with out
monthly numbers and also help pay for the room.
We will vote on this in March. 2005

       Voting Ages

Bonnie Morin Brings up that if a 10 yr old is dues        paid they can vote but will be voting on who their        parents wants them to such giving the parent two        votes. Can we bring the voting age up to where they        can have their own mind? There is a
discussion on the age, whether it be old enough to        take the field or the age of 14 which is the age to        take the field.
We will vote on it next BOD when we can have the        by laws with us.
It is talked about that it will have to be worded a        certain way
so that dues paid for children is paying for        insurance, not voting.
More discussion on this next month.

       Fund Raisers

Damion suggests car washes in garb
Eric Souders suggests wrappping christmas        presents at the Mall in garb
