OLD BUSINESS: Angela has been forwarding CG Schedule on GV list as well as CG as asked of her.

NEW BUSINESS: A discussion about Eagle Valley not being able to gather money for insurance for GE. Can CG add GE under our insurance if we Co-Sponsor the event?
We may have to have them use our waiver. Some of CG members would need to be on the event committee.

There was a concern stated that if our insurance allows it and we Co-Sponsor GE, that other groups will ask us to co-sponsor their events as well. We may be in for either a lot of members running to other events to make sure the paperwork is in order and if something happened at one of the other events it raises our insurance premiums.
It was also stated we could just point the other groups to a Wright-Gardner agent unless we wished to agree to sponsor that other group.

Angela offered to check with the insurance agent for the information of what we would need to do and post it on the CG Officers List, after which the BOD members will discuss and vote.
