          Old Business

          Insurance is still being looked into. There is a possibility that
          we may be able to use the same insurance that is used by other
          recreational groups that are members of the Washington County
          Department of Parks & Recreation.

          New Business

          Funds for FoF. We will be saving 90.00 in the building cost
          since we will not be using the second kitchen that is at the site.

          We will also be saving 88.00 in food costs.

          Other costs will be lowered die to items being donated instead           of  purchased.

          We will be having 4 porta potties placed instead of 2.

          Garth has Kingdom packet ready to be presented at GE to           Goldenvale.

          Sir Liz met with our Monarchy to go over the items in the           packet that need to be changed. After some confusion between           GV and BL there will not be a Corpora  included in the           Kingdom packet. Our Kingdom status will then be discussed at           Clan.

          Drifting Winds-

          There have been concerns & questions about status of DW           under CG. DW populous were of the understanding that they           were under CG. The founder of DW was told from the           beginning that they would have to enter a contract with BL to be           an official group.

          Rule Books

          Jerry(Wave) can copy the rulebooks for no cost. Estimated           cost to have each book bound is 1.50. Motion made to pay for           binding. There was a second on the motion. All in favor 7           abstain 1.

          Discussion about possibly purchasing the machine used to bind           the books our selves. Will be looked into further.
