Item 1-

Chiergeon Business- Maerie found a chiergeon kit online. It offers Med Kits to Non profit groups. She will look into it and present report next BOD Meeting.

Item 2-
Proposal for Dollar Tournament to raise money for Feast Ditch Lights.
Home Depot has them onsale and can we purchase them now and be re-embursed by tourney.
Vote passed for this proposal to go before and Allthing this Sunday.

Item 3-

Insurance is paid for the entire year. It cost $897.50.
Insurance report- Angela Souders, Bonnie Morin, Eric Souders and Ronnie Loab met with 2 insurance agents last week. In that meeting, the subject came up about allowing people to join us if we knew they had a violent past but no convictions.
Agents stated if we have any prior knowledge of violence and we allowed them to join we are liable. If said person does commit violence at one of our parks or events with us having knowledge of their past, we can not only get sued but insurance will drop us.

Violent past is on a person by person bases, ex, past DUI's would not be of concern but violence such as rape or attempted murder would be.

Item 4-

Meeting with GV monarchy at Great Eastern was discussed.

Kingdom has said No to us being Kingdom again but agreed to take it to their Allthing and take a vote.

If answer is no, it cna't be on Agenda at Klan but other Monarchs can bring it up at Klan.

Garth mentioned he discussed Kingdom status with Mistree Wynd and Fr Tom. He also talked to to Sir Ferrel and diferent types of Crown Qual A&S was discussed.

Proposal to send a rep. to Klan whether GV says not or yes. Will bring to Allthing.

Proposal to buy storage bins for CG's items for easier storage.
Rick Gonsalves is fixing a trailor and would like to offer it for storage movig and a float for the Mummers parade.

Item 6-

Proposal t go to Parks and Rec about the park bleachers being repaired by them or us.
Angela was voted to contact them.

Item 7-

Angela reports there is a first aid class but money has to be paid up front.

Item 8-

Rick mentions there is alot of trash left on Sundays after the crowd leaves and asks what can be done.
Maerie offers we can put up trash bags on the side of bleachers.

Item 9- Rick offers the idea to ask Parks and Rec if there are any other places we can play at from time to time when our spot is crowded, Such as the Blues Fest. Whether or not it would hurt Cg attendance is discusssed.

Item 10-

Maerie asks if we can also do a demo at the Hagerstown CFF walk next yr and see how it goes.

She also proposes s joining the Christmas wrap at the mall and other places plus adding ourselves to the school brochures as communnity services.

Item 11-

Peace brings up Flurb Fesst 2007 idea. In Aug he has a site in mind for a weekend of RP Only camping. Insurance issues are discusssed, costs, as well as rules of the weekend., If he puts "Amtgard of Maryland, Inc" to it, our insurance will cover it.
