Meeting was called to order.
Motion was made to table future discussion of the Articles of
Incorporation and the current corpora in use, Burning Lands Corpora.
Old Business:
Discussion regarding Markel Insurance.
Crystal Groves cannot be covered by this particular insurance,
due to the fact that Crystal Groves does not use a building.
New Business: Other Insurance Companies.
Maerie Murphy presented information regarding Green &
Associates.
Green & Associates is located in the state of Georgia.
Payment option: 2 to 6 month payments, no interest.
Payment option: 4, 5, and 6 payments made through 12 months, with financing, $1500.
If paid before the term, then reimbursement of financing charges will be given.
Bonnie Morin and Angela Souders (by phone) presented information regarding Wright-Gardner & Associates.
Wright-Gardner Insurance has a local branch office.
Wright-Gardner would supply an individual to represent us in regards to the Parks & Recreations Department of the City of
Hagerstown.
Payment option: Will take checks, Cost Range $750
-$1500 depending on coverage we choose. Can be
broken down into monthly payments.
Question raised regarding deductible differences between Green
& Wright-Gardner.
At $1500, there is more coverage through Green & Associates (compared to Wright-Gardner's basic before quote is tailored to CG).
Question raised regarding how soon the insurance coverage can be instituted once approved by Althing.
Wright-Gardner = 48 hours.
Green & Associates = 24 hours.
Question raised regarding the policy renewal fees for both
policies and any reductions for each year no claim.
Wright-Gardner = No renewal fee & Unknown.
Green & Associates = No renewal fee & Yes reduction for each year no claim.

Addendum:
June 19th Allthing - As requested by the Duke and the people, insurance information will be shared online and on paper with the citizens of CG. The two insurances being considered are "Green & Associates" & "Wright-Gardner". A copy of the information on each will be forwarded to the CG Officers/BOD List per request as well. The citizens asked some initial questions and will have the week to look over the information and decide which one to ndorse in a short Allthing next week. Anyone who has questions can either post those questions to the CG list or ask them at the next gathering on the 26th.
June 26th Allthing - A vote was held for choice of insurance.
The vote for Wright-Gardner was unanimous. A vote for approval of funds to be paid as down payment was also unanimous.
