First Order of Business- Voting in positions.

Rick asks for clarification of positions. There is a discussion of why there are permanent members and how the 3 over lapped circles are from the old laws. Rick asks for a layout of all positions. Mark says he will post it on the BOD list.
Because we are INC, 1 of the 5 people would have to be a BOD pres.

Old Business –

Insurance is paid off till May 2007

New Business –

Mark- keeping up the Brag Book for Kingdom and asks if dates are correct. Hands out sheets of all the things CG has done and will e-mail a copy to Eric and Angela Souders.

He also asks the Web Mistress to put back the FOF and FOD web pages online in order for him to copy them to put in the Brag Book.

Sean asks who is putting out the scheduling and if it can be sent to other groups. Mark said he already asked Angela to send a copy to Goldenvale.

Sean asks of a copy of the rule books be of Cg property so the Reeves can use them.

Peace verified we have given out just under $11,000. in charity that is recorded on the books. Mark needs to keep a copy of the Brag Book for CG itself.

Peace asks us to have a copy of FOF and FOD numbers listed on the website. Mark said he would send it in a PDF form to the Web Mistress.

Mark- a month ago we had a meetings with Darva and 2 other knights. They had some suggested changes we might think about for our new Capora if we make Kingdom.
Suggestions were discussed at length.

Maerie said GV has a Myspace and Mandi suggested CG get one as well. Maerie volunteered to make one and it was voted upon. Maerie is now the owner of the Crystal Groves Myspace

Garth goes over the appendix of malicious acts. We clarified that we do not discriminated against anyone.
