Item 1-
Angela asks BOD for deposit for Mr. Martin and payment to BlackStar for FOF Feast.
Item 2-
It was brought up that the Monarch has 10% of CG funds for group benafit. Duke Peace asks to buy plank foam for shields for CG members.
How it would be done- to sell plank foam or make shields and sell the shieldis discussed.
Someone found 4X8 sheet for $80;00. Alex says he may be able to gain access to some for Free for field testing for the War Dancers. No one other then the WD can use them would be the stipulation.
Peace would like someway of getting plank foam shields to sell to all of CG.
Item 3-
CG needs to raise more money for treasury besides feasts.
Item 4-
Loaner weapons are discussed with the pros and cons.
Peace brings up what expendages he would like for the future,
ex... a bus to spring war. It was brought up that being a charity non- profit org. we cannot profit outs4lves directly but a group of CG members can raise money for a certain reason outside of Amtgard of Maryland. Peace will check costs of hahrter bus.
